1. Each article is guaranteed to have a minimum of 350 words. Word count averages per article will run between 370-470 words. This offer is not suitable for articles that have an explicit requirement of more than 350 words.
2. Estimated delivery times are 1 article per business day after project details have been confirmed.
3. Projects will generally start within 2 business days of confirming project details.
4. There is no guarantee of weekend delivery.
5. Project details (for the entire project) must be submitted within 72 hours of payment unless otherwise arranged.
6. You are responsible for supplying the topic and focus of all articles.
7. This offer is not suitable for website content that is intended to be sales copy; this offer is for content as outlined above the payment buttons.
8. Pre-payment is required for all projects, but split-payments are offered for the 10 and 15 article packages.
9. For split-payment packages, half of the articles are created and delivered after the initial payment and the remaining articles will be created and delivered after the final payment has been issued.
10. Projects will be delivered in .doc (Microsoft Word) format by default. If you prefer delivery in .txt format, you will need to specify this.
11. Articles must be on the same general topic for each article in the package.
12. Any family-friendly topic that can be researched online is acceptable.

1. Articles will be optimized for one keyphrase, but you can suggest secondary phrases and related phrases that will be included if they fit.
2. Special requests, such as the keyword must appear x number of times in a certain paragraph, or the keyword must be included once every xx words are not a feature of my writing services.

Side note on SEO Copywriting: Most of the content that I create automatically includes a measure of keyword focusing. My personal beliefs are that keyword density is overrated and in some cases, a deterrent to good search engine rankings. However, I tend to take the "natural language" approach to content writing; content that I create typically includes related keywords/phrases and variations of the primary keyphrase or topic regardless of whether SEO copywriting services were ordered or not.

Natural language writing tends to "read better" and is, in my opinion, the most effective form of search engine copywriting. Obviously my approach to writing a document will differ depending on the purpose for the content; email messages and some news-style articles will not likely contain any discernable measure of keyword targeting.
